Anachronistic Luncheon
on Lysergic Acid Diethyamide
This is painting painting of hallucinogenic imagery
like a dream gone awry. It has a colorized "Luncheon on the
Grass" by Manet as the main subjects under a psychedelic
serpent curled around the leg/branch of a purple tree which is
Eve tempting the serpent with an apple. The shoreline on the left
side is of southern Europe with Italy most prominent, behind the
shoreline is a multitude of people who turn into flowers as they
wind around the rainbow. Riding on the rainbow is a woman in a
gondola without arms, the boat's oars are human arms and the violin
at the back of the boat is being played by its own arms. There
are multicolored giraffes and zebras and a large colorized bumble
bee floating around a huge sunflower. There's also a sunflower
growing inside of the bottom half of a broken hourglass. At the
top center is a series of receding brains that go through an embryo
that is within a glass globe placenta. The Beatles stand on the
wall in costume from the "I am the Walrus" video which
was there most psychedelic period. And the rainbow passes through
the Gateway arch with part of the city of St. Louis torn out of
the ground and floating in the sky.
